Cooking an air fryer frozen veggie burger takes less than 10 minutes. They make a quick, delicious and easy meal. A little crispy on the outside and tender in the middle, these veggie burgers are sure to be a hit.

    Burger on a plate.

If you are looking for something a little different than a chicken sandwich, turkey burger or hamburger, these veggie burgers are a great choice. Serve them wrapped in lettuce, on a bun or by itself for a flavorful, simple meal.

    Why These Work

Fast – Can be made in about 10 minutes from start to finish. This is faster in the oven and no preheating needed.

Taste – The air fryer gives these a great crispy outside while keeping them tender on the inside.

Easy Clean – Since you are just using one ingredient, the burger, the clean-up is fast.

    Ingredients Needed

Frozen veggie burgers – There are several varieties of frozen veggie burgers. Choose your favorite like MorningStar, Gardein, Boca, Beyond Burgers, Dr. Praeger and more.

Optional – Hamburger bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, condiments, and more.

How To Make Air Fryer Frozen Veggie Burgers

    1. Place frozen veggie burgers in air fryer basket. Depending on basket size, you can typically fit 3-4 patties in the basket.
    2. Cook at 360 degrees F for 5 minutes.
    3. Flip them over and cook another 4-6 minutes at 360 degrees F.
    4. Carefully remove from basket and serve warm.

    Recipe Tips

Cook them straight from frozen. You don’t need to thaw them out.

You don’t need to preheat the air fryer and you don’t need any extra oil.

Don’t stack the burgers in the basket. You want the heat to be able to circulate around them to cook evenly. I can easily fit 4 burgers in my 5.8 quart basket.

Cook time may vary depending on brand and thickness of frozen veggie burger. I recommend starting with 5 minutes and once you flip cook 4-6 minutes.

How To Store And Reheat Veggie Burgers

If you have leftovers, let them cool down before storing in an airtight container or bag. Keep them in the refrigerator until ready to eat. They will last about 3 days in the refrigerator.

To reheat, place them back in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
