Ingredients 

  • 28 ounces seasoned frozen french fries
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
  • 5 pieces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Place frozen fries on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake using the package directions.
  • After fries have cooked, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake in the oven for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Remove from oven and top with cooked, crumbled bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
