Ingredients 

  • 4 sweet potatoes cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil.
  • Place cleaned sweet potatoes on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt.
  • Poke holes in the top of each potato with a fork.
  • Bake for about 1 hour or until soft when you poke with a fork.
