Classic French dinners like ratatouille can be intimidating to put together. So, the last thing you want to have to think about is the side dish you’re going to pair it with! That’s why I’ve put together this list of what to serve with ratatouille.

Rice, meatloaf, garlic bread, and egg noodles.

Ratatouille is a classic French dish made with a variety of vegetables like eggplant, bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini. It’s typically served as a savory vegetable stew but can also served with the vegetables cut into circles and layered in a dish.

These are some of my favorite recipes to enjoy with this traditional French dish. With ratatouille as your main course and any of these side dishes to pair it with, you can have a divine meal that everyone will love with very little effort!
