Cool Whip Recipes
- 1 6 ounce strawberry JELLO powder
- 1 4.6 ounce vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups water
- 2 8 ounce Cool Whip, thawed
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- 1.5 cups fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
- Place water, JELLO powder, vanilla pudding mix, in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to combine. Bring the mixture to a light boil.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and pour into a mixing bowl. Let cool a little and then cover and store in the refrigerator until the mixture firms up. This will take about 5 hours.
- Use a mixer to mix until creamy. Stir in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and chopped strawberries.
