Best Cocoa Powder Recipes

A group of recipes using cocoa powder. From cake to chili, there are many wonderful cocoa powder recipes including these easy truffles.

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  • Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with wax paper.
  • Place sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder in a bowl. Stir to completely combine. You might need to use the hands to completely combine.
  • Place the "dough" in prepared baking dish. Spread into an even layer. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Top with sifted powdered sugar and cut into squares.
