Chicken Tenderloin Recipes

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions 

  • Combine the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  • Carefully pour into a zip top gallon size bag and add the chicken tenders. Close and store in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes – 8 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Carefully place chicken tenders on the grill. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
