Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground bison
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions 

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground bison. Drain off any extra grease.
  • Mix in taco seasoning and water.
  • Add in the cheese and salsa. Stir to combine and let the cheese melt.
  • Serve warm.
