Breakfast For Dinner Ideas

Ingredients 

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Using a biscuit cutter, cut a hole out of the center of each piece of bread. Place round piece of bread off to the side.
  • Place butter in the pan. Place 2 pieces of bread in the skillet. Crack an egg in the hole of each piece of bread. Let the cook for 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip the bread with the egg over and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  • Carefully remove and serve. Continue cooking the last 2 pieces of bread and eggs.
  • Top with salt and pepper to taste.
