- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pour 1 cup chicken broth or water into a 6-quart Instant Pot.
- Place the trivet into the pot. Place chicken breasts on the trivet.
