Ingredients needed

  • Hash browns – Frozen shredded hash browns that are thawed or refrigerated hash browns can be used.
  • Cheese – Use your favorite shredded cheese. I am using cheddar but different blends or even a pepper jack cheese will work well.
  • Butter – Melted unsalted butter helps to crisp up the potatoes.
  • Salt and ground black pepper – You can use this for seasoning or substitute with your favorite seasonings.
  • Non-stick cooking spray – Used to help crisp up the hash browns.
