Ingredients 

  • 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped (about 3-4 cups of chicken)
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups colby jack cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  • Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken. You can shred to meat or chop it into small pieces.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and garlic powder in a medium saucepan. Warm over medium heat on the stove top. Stir until the cream cheese melts.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of the colby jack cheese, and and the chicken. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
