My rotisserie chicken buffalo dip is one of my favorite easy dips to make. Using a rotisserie chicken keeps this simple and also adds great flavor. I like making this for a game day gathering, party, or just a get together with family and friends. A baked dip that is sure to be a hit.

No need for canned chicken, this rotisserie chicken buffalo dip is made with fresh, flavorful shredded rotisserie chicken.

How to make easy rotisserie chicken buffalo dip

Step one: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Step two: Shred or dice the chicken from the rotisserie chicken.

Rotisserie Chicken Buffalo Dip
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped (about 3-4 cups of chicken)
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups colby jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken. You can shred to meat or chop it into small pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and garlic powder in a medium saucepan. Warm over medium heat on the stove top. Stir until the cream cheese melts.
