- 2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 rotisserie chicken, meat removed and chopped (about 3-4 cups of chicken)
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups colby jack cheese, shredded
Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken. You can shred to meat or chop it into small pieces.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and garlic powder in a medium saucepan. Warm over medium heat on the stove top. Stir until the cream cheese melts.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of the colby jack cheese, and and the chicken. Stir to combine.
Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or cut up vegetables.
