Best Meatloaf Recipes
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix together ground beef, milk, onion, Panko, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until combined. Form into loaf shape and place in prepared pan.
- Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and ground mustard. Brush glaze over meatloaf and cook another 15 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
