Ingredients 

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place ground pork, egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Mix to combine being careful not to over mix.
  • Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
