Ingredients 

  • 1 5 ounce can of salmon drained
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 English cucumber sliced
  • 4 slices tomatoe
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  • Mash avocado in a bowl. Stir in flaked, canned salmon.
  • Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Place lettuce leaves, tomato, and cucumber slices on a tortilla. Top with half of the salmon mixture. Roll into a wrap. Repeat with second tortilla.
