Baking dish with blueberries in the snow.

This blueberries in the snow recipe is inspired by my popular cherries in the snow dessert. A super easy, old fashioned dessert made with fluffy angel food cake, sweet cream cheese, and blueberry pie topping. The best thing is that you can make this in minutes.

When I needed a red, white, and blue dessert for the Fourth of July last year, I ended up making this angel food cake dessert with half blueberries and half cherries. It was a big hit, I even ended up writing down the recipe for several people.

Since then, I’ve found myself making this blueberry version all year long. The sweet blueberries pair great with the cake and light creamy base. A simple recipe that looks and tastes impressive.
