Ingredients

  • 1 baked angel food cake
  • 2 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 8 ounce frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 20 ounce blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  • Cut the angel food cake up into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
  • Cream together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer. Fold in the thawed, frozen whipped topping with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread the angel food cake pieces over the cream cheese mixture. Gently press the angel food cake down with a spatula.
  • Spread the blueberry pie mixture over the angel food cake pieces.
  • Serve or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Soften the cream cheese to room temperature. This will make sure it's nice and creamy, not lumpy.
  • Lightly press the angel food cake pieces down with a spatula or spoon before topping with the blueberry topping.
  • Chill before serving. You can serve immediately but I do recommend chilling in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
