  • Sweet and savory flavor. Delicious combination of savory, sweet, and tart.
  • A great way to use leftover cranberry sauce. This is the perfect way to use up any leftover cranberry sauce like my canned cranberry sauce recipe.

Ingredients

One of my favorite things about this baked brie with cranberries recipe is that it only requires a few ingredients.

  • Brie: Use a wheel of brie cheese for this recipe. You can leave on the rind on because it softens and is edible.
  • Whole berry cranberry sauce: I like using canned whole cranberry sauce because it’s easy and convenient.
  • Light brown sugar: Adds a little hint of sweetness to the cranberries.
  • Cinnamon: A little cinnamon adds warmth and pairs well with the cranberries and orange.
  • Orange zest: Fresh orange zest adds bright, citrus flavor that compliments the cranberry sauce and adds great holiday flavor.
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary adds great color and fresh, herby flavor.

Freeze: This brie cheese dip does not freeze well.
