Ingredients 

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon creamy horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 ounces leftover steak, sliced warmed
  • lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices provolone cheese

Instructions 

  • Heat oven broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spread melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
  • Mix together creamy horseradish and Dijon mustard. Spread on each slice of bread.
  • Layer cheese, steak, lettuce, and tomato on one slice of bread. Top with the other slice and serve.
