- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 15 ounce can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 15 ounce can Rotel diced tomatoes with chilis
- 1 15 ounce can red beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- In a large pot, cook and crumble ground turkey over medium heat until no longer pink and cooked through. Drain any grease.
- Pour in tomatoes, Rotel, beans, and taco seasoning. Stir to coat the ground turkey.
