These tasty breakfast bowls are just what you need to start your day. From egg bowls to oatmeal, sweet potato, and this super easy smoothie bowl.

Ingredients 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • sliced strawberries
  • chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Place frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with sliced strawberries and chia seeds.
