These air fryer wonton chips are a crunchy, golden, easy to make snack. Perfectly crispy, and great to use for scooping up your favorite dip. They can also be made into strips to top salads and more. You need just two main ingredients to make these homemade chips that are better than store bought.

I love the taste of those little wonton strips that you can buy at the grocery store or on top of restaurant salads, but they aren’t quite big enough to use for scooping up a hearty dip. Thats where these crispy air fryer wonton chips come in, they are light, crunchy, and great for dipping.
My favorite thing, they are so quick and easy to make. You can have a batch of chips with just 3 ingredients in under 10 minutes. Golden, crispy, and better than anything you can buy at the store.
Another great thing about these chips is that they can be customized. Try different seasonings like seasoning salt, ranch seasoning, chili lime salt, or even cinnamon.
If you want more crunchy snacks be sure to try this churro snack mix, ranch crackers, and seasoned oyster crackers.
Why you’ll love this recipe

Ingredients
These wonton chips can be made in minutes with just two main ingredients.

- Wonton wrappers: Wonton wrappers are typically located in the refrigerated section in the grocery store. I found mine close to the vegetables. I like using the wonton wrappers because they are light and thin. You could substitute with egg roll wrappers but they are a little bit thicker.
- Oil: A spray of oil helps to brown and crisp up the wontons. I am using non-stick cooking spray. You can also use a spritz of olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil.
- Seasoning: Adding seasoning is optional, but I recommend adding at least a little sea salt after they are done cooking.
How to make air fryer wonton chips
There isn’t much to making wonton chips in the air fryer. Just a few simple steps and about 5 minutes.
- Cut wonton wrappers in half, diagonally. Spray the top and bottom with oil or lightly brush with oil.

- Place the wonton wrappers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

- Cook at 350 degrees F for 2 minutes. Carefully flip the wontons over and cook another 2-3 minutes. ***The more batches you make, you might need to cut down on the cook time.
- If adding seasoning, sprinkle the seasoning on as soon as they have finished cooking.
