Air Fryer Wonton Chips

Air fryer wonton chips are crispy, golden, and ready in about 5 minutes. Perfect for a quick snack, dippers, or on salads.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • oil spray use your favorite oil spray

Instructions

  • Cut the wonton wrappers in half, diagonally.
  • Lightly spray each side of the wonton with your favorite oil spray like PAM. You can also lightly brush olive oil on each side if you prefer.
  • Place the wontons in the air fryer basket in a single layer and not overlapping. You will have to cook in batches.
  • Cook at 350 degrees F for 2 minutes. Carefully flip them over and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  • Carefully remove them from the basket and immediately season with salt or other seasoning.

Notes

  • Cook in a single layer. Place the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket and be sure not to overlap so they don't stick together.
  • Flip through cooking. I recommend flipping the wontons halfway through cooking so that the cook evenly.
  • Season right after cooking. Make sure to add any seasoning immediately after cooking.
  • Check on them while cooking. The wontons will cook fast, so I recommend checking on them while cooking.
