One of my favorite party appetizers is the nostalgic crescent roll veggie pizza. It’s something that I grew up eating during the holidays and for special occasions.

Because I’m such a dip lover, I couldn’t resist making one of my favorite appetizers into a delicious dip. I decided to take all of the ingredients I would normally use for a crescent vegetable pizza and make it into this veggie pizza dip.

The great thing about this vegetable pizza dip is that you don’t have to worry about the crust. It’s so simple to make and easy to serve, no slicing required.

I typically pair this dip with crackers, chips, toast, or even more vegetables like celery sticks.

If you would like more dips to serve alongside this recipe be sure to try bruschetta dip, hoagie dip, veggie dip, BLT dip, and roasted red pepper dip.

  • Cream cheese: Softened cream cheese is the base of this dip.
  • Sour cream: This adds a little hint of tang to the creamy base.

  • Dice the veggies small. Make sure to dice all of the vegetables into small pieces so that they are easy to scoop.

Variations

This vegetable dip is a great one to customize. There are several different ways you can make this your own.

Seasoning: Change the ranch seasoning for a package of Italian dressing seasoning, Greek seasoning, or fresh herbs.

Cream cheese: Substitute one of the blocks of cream cheese with a Boursin Garlic And Herb cheese.

Make it spicy: Stir in some diced jalapeno or banana peppers with the vegetables.

Storage

Store: Keep any leftover vegetable pizza dip covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. After that the vegetables start to get a little soggy.

Make ahead: You can make this dip the night before, just be sure to cover and store in the refrigerator.
