Ham and Cheese Pinwheels Ingredients

These baked ham and cheese pinwheels can be made with the help of refrigerated pizza dough.

Pizza crust, ham, cheese, brown sugar, butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire, mustard, and poppyseeds.
  • Pizza dough: I like using canned pizza roll crust to make this recipe. I have tested using crescent roll dough and I think the pizza dough works better but you can substitute with crescent roll sheets.
  • Deli sliced ham: Use your favorite deli sliced ham.
  • Swiss cheese: Sliced Swiss cheese pairs perfectly with the ham.
  • Butter: Unsalted butter is used to make the glaze for the pinwheels.
  • Garlic powder: Adds a hint of garlic flavor.
  • Brown sugar: Just a little brown sugar is a great balance to the savory flavors.
  • Worcestershire: This adds a rich, savory flavor to the glaze.
  • Dijon mustard: Dijon give the glaze a hint of tangy flavor.
  • Poppyseeds: I like adding poppyseeds for a little crunch.

Variations
