- 1 (13.8 ounce) pizza dough (Like Pillsbury Pizza Crust)
- 12 slices deli ham
- 12 slices sliced Swiss cheese
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppyseeds
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Dust your work surface with flour. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
Lay ham slices on top of the pizza dough. Lay Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham.
Tightly roll the pizza dough into a long log shape.
Slice the log into 12 pieces. Place the pinwheels in the prepared baking dish.
In a saucepan, warm butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce,Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and poppyseeds over medium heat until the butter melts and sugar dissolves.
Brush the mixture over each of the tops of the pinwheels,
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
