Difference between cobbler and crisp?
Fruit cobblers typically are prepared in a deep dish and topped with a cake or biscuit like topping. Crisps have a crunchy, streusel like topping.
Ingredients Needed
Yellow cake mix – Yellow cake is a classic flavor to use but it could be substituted with white cake mix, vanilla cake mix, or even butter pecan cake mix.
Butter – You can use unsalted or unsalted butter for this recipe.
Canned sliced peaches – You will use everything in the can. Do not drain off the juice.
Cinnamon – This is optional but I love the extra spice cinnamon adds to this dessert. You could even add a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavor.
