Ingredients 

  • 2 pollock fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place pollock fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets. Sprinkle on salt, lemon pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.
