My kids love helping me make this holiday bundt cake during Christmas along with this holiday jello poke cake. It’s perfect for a holiday get together or even leave a piece for Santa. 🙂

HOW TO MAKE BUNDT CAKE

  • This is an easy, semi-homemade cake that starts with a white cake mix.
  • Using an electric mixer, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, sour cream and water until combined.
  • Separate batter equally into three separate bowls. Add 3-4 drops green food coloring to one bowl and 3-4 drops red food coloring to another bowl. Stir each bowl to make red batter and green batter.

Red, green and white batter

  • Grease a bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray or coat with shortening. Start by adding green batter to pan then layer with red batter and then white batter.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
