My club sandwich pinwheels have all the wonderful flavors of a classic club sandwich rolled up in an easy, bite sized snack. Layers of turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a creamy spread all rolled up in the perfect bite. They are great for parties or even lunch.

My kids love it when I pack these club sandwich pinwheels for lunch. My daughter told me she feels like they are more “fancy” than a regular sandwich, when in reality they are just about as easy to make.
I also love making these for parties, game day, or even if we are headed out on a road trip. They travel well and are easy to pick up and eat.
These bite sized layers of turkey, ham, bacon, tomato cheese and lettuce are hearty but light at the same time. Always a crowd pleaser, they are perfect for any occasion.
Make it a pinwheel party with these chicken Caesar pinwheels, BLT pinwheels, crack chicken pinwheels, and Italian pinwheels.

- Tortillas: I like using the large, burrito size flour tortillas.
- Cream cheese: Softened cream cheese is the base of the spread.
- Mayonnaise: This adds extra creaminess and flavor to the spread.
- Seasonings: Garlic powder, salt, and pepper give the spread some flavor.
- Ham: Use your favorite sliced deli ham, I am using honey ham.
- Turkey: I like using the deli honey turkey but you can use roast turkey.
- Cheese: Sliced cheese like Colby Jack, cheddar, provolone, or Swiss cheese.
- Bacon: Cooked, chopped bacon adds smokiness to the wrap.
- Tomatoes: I recommend using grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes.
- Lettuce: Green leaf lettuce or iceberg lettuce work well.

Heather’s recipe tips
- Make sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing the spread. This will help get it nice and creamy and makes it easier to spread over the tortilla.
- Use thinly sliced deli meat and cheese. It will help make it easier to roll up the tortilla.
- Pat the lettuce and tomatoes dry. This helps to remove excess moisture to prevent the rolls from being soggy.
- Roll the tortilla up as tight as possible. Rolling tightly helps to keep all the ingredients together whey you slice into rounds.
- Don’t skip chilling the roll ups before slicing. If you are in a hurry, you can put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Chilling the rolls helps to keeps the rolls together when slicing.
Variations
Club sandwich pinwheels are easy to customize with a few ingredient swaps.
- Avocado club pinwheels: Spread a thin layer of mashed avocado over the cream cheese layer.
- Ranch club pinwheels: Mix a packet of ranch seasoning in with the cream cheese mixture for tasty ranch flavor.
- Deli meat swaps: Use your favorite deli meat like sliced roast beef, chicken, salami, or pepperoni.
Storage instructions
Store: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last 2-3 days before the lettuce starts to get soft.
