  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  • Spread 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture on top of 1 tortilla.
  • Lay 2 slices of turkey, 2 slices of ham, and 2 slices of cheese down the center of the tortilla.
  • Top with 1/3 of the crumbled bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce over the cheese.

Notes

  • Make sure to soften the cream cheese before mixing the spread. This will help get it nice and creamy and makes it easier to spread over the tortilla.
  • Use thinly sliced deli meat and cheese. It will help make it easier to roll up the tortilla.
  • Pat the lettuce and tomatoes dry. This helps to remove excess moisture to prevent the rolls from being soggy.
  • Roll the tortilla up as tight as possible. Rolling tightly helps to keep all the ingredients together whey you slice into rounds.
  • Don't skip chilling the roll ups before slicing. If you are in a hurry, you can put them in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Chilling the rolls helps to keeps the rolls together when slicing.
