My cinnamon churro Bugles recipe is a sweet and salty snack that is hard to resist. Crunchy Bugles are coated in a sweet butter and tossed with cinnamon and sugar, giving them that classic churro flavor. Quick to make and perfect for parties, holidays, and or just when you want a sweet treat.

Cinnamon and sugar is one of my favorite combinations when it comes to food. Pair that with salty Bugles chips and you have a snack that is hard to beat. This cinnamon churro Bugles recipe is one of my favorite things to whip up when I need to satisfy my sweet tooth.

You can make this churro Bugles recipe with a few simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

- Bugles chips: I like getting the family size bag of original Bugles.
- Butter: Unsalted butter is used to make the coating.
- Light brown sugar: Light brown sugar adds rich sweetness to the chip coating.
- Cinnamon: You will use cinnamon for both the coating and the topping.
- Sugar: Granulated sugar is combined with the cinnamon to dust over the Bugles.
How to make cinnamon churro Bugles

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread the Bugles out in a roasting pan or on baking sheets.
- Place the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Heat until it starts to boil and then let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

- Pour the mixture over the Bugles. Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway in between.
- While the Bugles are in the oven, stir the sugar and cinnamon together.

- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the Bugles. Stir to coat them.

- Add in some candy. Try mixing in some M&M’s, sprinkles, or Reeces Pieces for a little extra sweetness.
- Drizzle with chocolate. After the cinnamon Bugles cool, drizzle melted white chocolate over the Bugles.
- Mix in nuts. Stir in some nuts like peanuts, cashews, or pecans.
Storage instructions

Cinnamon Churro Bugles
Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 ounce bag) Bugles chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
