While working in the kitchen I noticed we still had a bunch of bananas that needed to be used. Instead of making banana bread, I decided to make these fun donut holes with cinnamon, sugar, and of course some mashed up bananas so they didn’t end up in the trash can.

Why I love these cinnamon sugar donut holes

  • One bite – These donut holes are perfectly poppable. Fun for breakfast or a snack.
  • Easy homemade recipe – No need for prepackaged muffins or donuts at the store. You can make these at home with just a few ingredients.
  • Bananas – The perfect way to use up any leftover bananas from the week.

How to store

Keep any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. They will last 2-3 days. You could also keep them in the refrigerator to last a little longer. Warm in the microwave.

These muffins have just the perfect hint of banana and aren’t too sweet. Let me know if you make them in the comments below.
