Ingredients

  • 14 oz pizza dough
  • 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz sliced harvarti cheese
  • 1 small granny smith apple thinly sliced
  • 3 slices maple ham cut into slivers
  • 2 cups baby arugula

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush 9x12 baking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Roll out dough and place it into pan.
  • In a small bowl, toss together red onion, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Top the dough with slices of Havarti.
  • Next spread the onion mixture on top of cheese.
  • Place onion and ham on top of onions.
  • Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
  • Top with arugula.
