- 14 oz pizza dough
- 1/2 medium red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz sliced harvarti cheese
- 1 small granny smith apple thinly sliced
- 3 slices maple ham cut into slivers
- 2 cups baby arugula
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush 9x12 baking sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Roll out dough and place it into pan.
In a small bowl, toss together red onion, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
Top the dough with slices of Havarti.
Next spread the onion mixture on top of cheese.
Place onion and ham on top of onions.
Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
Top with arugula.
