Boom Boom Sauce
Creamy, spicy, sweet boom boom sauce is great for dipping or spreading. This simple sauce can be made in minutes and adds lots of flavor to any meal.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, ketchup and garlic powder in a bowl.
Whisk the ingredients to fully combine.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- I like to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors develop. The longer it sits, the better it tastes. If you are making it for a party, make it the night before to give it a chance to refrigerate.
- Feel free to double the recipe for extra sauce. We like to make enough for the week.
- If you would like to use this as a dressing, add a little extra chili sauce or a teaspoon of olive oil to help thin it out.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
