Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounce banana cream or vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 8 ounce whipped topping
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 bananas, sliced You can add more if you like.
  • 11 ounce box of vanilla wafers, broken into pieces

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk together the instant pudding mix and the milk until it thickens.
  • Gently stir in the whipped topping.
  • Stir in the mini marshmallows and vanilla wafers.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Stir in the bananas before ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use cold milk. This is important to make the pudding base.
  • Wait to stir in the bananas right before serving.
  • Fold the whipped topping. Try to gently fold in the whipped topping for the best, light and fluffy texture.
  • Chill before serving. I recommend refrigerating this for at least an hour before serving.
