113.8 ounce tuberefrigerated pizza doughor your favorite pizza dough

1/8cupcornmeal
1breakfast sausage
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1cupshredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2cupdiced bell pepper
10eggs
1/4cupmilk
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
1/4cupdiced green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle cornmeal on the parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough on top of the cornmeal. Spread the dough out to fit in the baking sheet.
Poke all over the crust with a fork to help prevent the dough from puffing up.
Brush olive oil over the crust, especially over the crust area. Bake the crust for 7 minutes.
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Break up the sausage to crumble while cooking. Once cooked and browned, add in the diced pepper. Cook another 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs.
Pour the eggs in a non-stick skillet. Push them back and forth to scramble the eggs.
Top the crust with scrambled eggs. They add the sausage and pepper mixture.
Add on the shredded cheese. Bake another 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Remove from oven and top with diced green onions. Serve warm.

Gently touch the tops of the eggs to test how done they are before serving. You can serve them runny or firm, whatever your preference.
