Taco Salad With Catalina Dressing

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- 4 cups Doritos (half of a bag)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Catalina dressing (you can adjust to taste)
Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers. Break up the Doritos into small, bite size pieces.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Make sure to break the ground beef up. Once the beef has browned, drain off any excess grease. Stir in the diced red onions, water and taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped lettuce in a large bowl. Top with the cooked ground beef.
Add in the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and sliced black olives.
Add in the broken up Doritos chips.
Pour the Catalina dressing over the salad and gently toss.
Serve the taco salad immediately.
