Ingredients

  • 1 box Nilla wafer cookies
  • 2 3.4 ounce instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounce Cool Whip, thawed
  • 13.5 ounce strawberry glaze
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  • Place half of the Nilla wafers in the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cold mix and both pudding mixes. Keep whisking until it thickens.
  • Stir the Cool Whip in with the pudding.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture over the Nilla wafers.
  • Top with the remaining Nilla wafers and then spread the other half of the pudding mixture over the Nilla wafers.
  • Spread the strawberry glaze over the pudding mixture.
  • Top with the chopped strawberries.
  • Cover the dish and refrigerator for at least an hour.

Notes

  • Use cold milk with the pudding mix. This will help the pudding come together and thicken.
  • Make sure to use ripe strawberries. Fresh, ripe straberries will give you the best flavor.
  • If you don't have Cool Whip, you can use homemade whipped cream.
  • Refrigerate for an hour before serving. This will let everything come together.
