Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice brine (from a pickle jar)
  • teaspoon hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle brine, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Whisk to fully combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Let it rest. The longer this smashburger sauce rests, the better the flavor gets.
  • Store in the refrigerator. Keep any leftover sauce in an airtight container or jar for up to a week. You can make it ahead of time for use throughout the week.
