Ingredients

  • 5 cups cubed acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Put cubed acorn squash on baking sheet. Pour olive oil over the squash.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the squash to coat and then spread out in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully flip the squash over and cook another 10 minutes.
