- 2 pollock fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place pollock fillets on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets. Sprinkle on salt, lemon pepper, and lemon juice.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
