  • Blender or Food Processor

  • 3.5 oz chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until combined.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.

  • I recommend letting the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors really come together.
  • Want a super spicy sauce? Add an extra chipotle pepper to the mixture. Don't want it as spicy, add an extra 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
