Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz bag frozen vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place frozen vegetables in a bowl. Pour olive oil, Italian seasonings, and garlic powder over vegetables. Toss to coat.
  • Spread vegetables out on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables start to crisp. ***See notes.
