  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 onions
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs


  • Remove outer part of onion. Cut into 1/4 inch rings.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, seasoned salt and milk until combined to make a batter.
  • Dip individual onion ring into batter and then into a bowl of Panko crumbs. Place on a plate until ready to cook.
  • Spray basket with oil. Place rings in air fryer basket. Spray the top of onion rings with cooking spray. Cook at 380 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Make sure to flip the rings half way through cooking.
