Pie Crust Chips
Take your pie crust and turn it into a sweet treat with these cinnamon sugar pie crust chips. They are golden, crispy and perfect to use for dipping in fruit salsa, dessert dips, or eating them on their own.

- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Stir together the sugar and cinnamon.
Unroll the pie crust. Brush each crust with melted butter. Make sure to completely cover the top.
Sprinkle the top of the crust with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cut into chips.
Place the chips on the prepared baking pan. You might need to use 2 baking sheets if making both crusts.
Bake for 8 -9 minutes.
Let the chips rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
