Pepperoni Rolls

Homemade pepperoni rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with pepperoni and cheese. Inspired by West Virginia pepperoni rolls, this easy recipe is perfect for game day, after school snacks, or a quick dinner. These easy pepperoni rolls are a must try!

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce) canned Pillsbury French Bread
  • 9 pieces sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 9 slices sandwich sliced pepperoni you can substitute with pizza sized pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water for the egg wash

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Roll the bread dough out on the prepared baking sheet. Cut into 9 rectangles. Use a pizza cutter for easy cutting.
  • Cut the cheese slices and pepperoni slices in half. Lay two halves of cheese and pepperoni on top of each piece of dough.
  • Roll each piece of dough, lengthwise. Make sure to press together any seems and pinch together the ends so that the cheese does not leak out of the dough.
  • Mix together the egg and water to make the egg wash. Brush the egg wash over each roll.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
