- 1 28 ounce bag frozen meatballs (You can also use a 32 ounce bag.)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix
- 1 ounce au jus gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon pepperoncini juice
- 6 pepperoncinis
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
Whisk together the beef broth, pepperoncini juice, ranch seasoning, and au jus mix.
Pour the frozen meatballs in a slow cooker. Pour the beef broth mixture over the meatballs.
Top with the slices of butter and pepperoncinis.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Cook on low heat. I recommend cooking on low heat to help the meatballs not burn.
- Slice the butter. This allows you to spread it out to melt over the meatballs evenly.
- Stir the meatballs every 45 minutes - 1 hour. This helps prevent them from burning.
